The starting point for our voluntary implementation of a quality management and documentation system was the goal of highlighting our own high standards for the quality of our services, in a way that can be clearly recognized from outside.
In February 2008, after a year of preparation, we were granted the combined certification of the integrated management system according to the following standards:
Now our claim, existing since the founding of our firm, is defined precisely and comprehensibly, i.e., to actively structure our day-to-day operations through coordinated work procedures and their mandatory implementation. This guarantees effective, high quality work that satisfies the global requirements of our clients.
Client satisfaction and sustainability are the foundations for our enduring success. This includes our clients' confidence that their expectations are met, in particular regarding the continuous high quality of the services and professional consultations, as well as the handling of all proceedings in intellectual property rights, nationally and internationally.
We comprehensively and individually advise and support companies of any size, from start-ups to large corporations. Together with each client, we develop custom-tailored, effective and economical strategies for intellectual property protection, as well as an effective intellectual property rights management.
Due to the globalization of the markets, internationally operating clients increasingly require a management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in the B2B area. For CANZLER & BERGMEIER, DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 defines the organizational framework that guarantees a consistently high quality of services. In this, the essential elements of the QM handbook are:
A point of extraordinary importance, particularly in intellectual property rights, is data security. In order to make an unambiguous statement, we integrated the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard into the quality management system. This standard comprehensively governs the IT area with regard to client protection. In this, the goals are the prevention of unauthorized access, protection from damage or disruption of the IT services and equipment, and not least, the reduction of risks through human error, theft, fraud, or misuse of the equipment.
The access to business information, computing services and data was defined, taking into account the business issues and the existing state of the law. Monitoring measures were determined accordingly.
A central point of IT security in the firm is the physical separation of our computers with Internet access from the internal data network. This way, no direct access from the outside to the relevant data of our clients is possible.
The implementation of the IT management system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2005 guarantees the reliable security of the IT system at CANZLER & BERGMEIER, so that the client data is comprehensively secured against disruptions or the effects of catastrophic events, as well as against industrial espionage.
Finally, we also obtained the DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 certification. This standard supplements DIN EN ISO 9001 with the relevant elements of environmental protection. The environmental management system assures that the handling of non-renewable resources and also the handling and disposal of waste, as well as the cleaning of the office buildings, occurs in the most environmentally compatible way.
The triple certification means that our clients can expect from us continuous, consistent quality and security in connection with the satisfaction of their individual needs, while dealing conscientiously with the environment.
